President/CEO

Robert Easter, Jr.

Bob Easter co-founded Easter's Lock & Security with his father, Robert Easter Sr., in 1953. He has 28 years of experience in the lock and security field. Mr. Easter majored in Business Management at Towson University and has special certifications as a: Certified Master Locksmith, Certified Master Safe Technician, and Certified Automotive Locksmith.

Vice President/CFO

Drew Jackson

Drews primary responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the company and its personnel, along with directing the accounts receivable and payable departments. He has 30 years’ experience and majored in Business Administration at Essex Community College. Mr. Jackson is a Certified Locksmith, Certified Safe Technician, and Certified Automotive Locksmith.

Service & Installation Manager

Luke Hofmann

Luke is responsible for the management and scheduling of the service fleet on a daily basis, ordering of parts, and providing customer quotations and estimates. His education was in Business Administration at the University of Maryland, and he has 16 years in the field including serving as General Manager of Abingdon Lock Company. Mr. Hoffman is ESC certified.

Shop Manager

Jim Westervelt

Jims primary responsibilities are to oversee general shop operations including, but not limited to: front sales and inventory, employee/customer relationships, general training, delegation of work, management of invoicing and tracking, opening and closing the store, and serving as liaison between management and employees. He also performs general in-house safe work, general in-house lock work, and writes and maintains master key systems. His certifications include master keying, safe working, and trouble-shooting. Mr. Westervelt has 49 years of experience, including being a Baltimore County F.D. Instructor and a University of Maryland MFRI Instructor

Director of Business

Development

He identifies business opportunities by pursuing sales leaders and prospective clients, delivering presentations and proposals, negotiating and closing business deals, developing business plans to include marketing strategies, maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions, and building and maintaining important level A client relationships. He was educated at Towson University and has 15 years in the field, including being on ADT Security, Inc.’s National Team. Mr. Eiser’s special certifications include: Pelco, Bosch, IDView, ADemco, Honeywell, Lenel, KeyScan, Keri, AIphone, IEI Sales Certified, Microsoft Certified Professional, and A+ Certified Professional.
